Tech Mahindra: The company reported a sharp decline in profit at Rs 1,081 crore in Q4FY21 against Rs 1,310 crore in Q3FY21. Revenue rose to Rs 9,730 crore from Rs 9,647.1 crore in the previous quarter. The company's subsidiary will acquire 100% equity shares in Eventus Solutions Group LLC.


HDFC Life Insurance Company: The company reported a higher consolidated profit at Rs 319.06 crore in Q4FY21 against Rs 311.65 crore in Q4FY20; net premium income jumped to Rs 12,869.55 crore from Rs 10,475.95 crore in the year-ago period.


Schaeffler India: The company reported profit of Rs 139.54 crore for Q4FY21 against Rs 78.35 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal while revenue rose to Rs 1,316.82 crore from Rs 928.54 crore in Q4FY20.


SBI Cards and Payment Services: The company reported a sharp increase in its profit at Rs 175 crore for Q4FY21 against Rs 84 crore in Q4FY20. However, revenue declined to Rs 2,308.68 crore from Rs 2,433.24 crore in the year-ago quarter.


Great Eastern Shipping Company: HDFC Mutual Fund acquired 30,88,000 equity shares (2.10% of total paid up equity) via open market transactions on April 22, increasing total stake to 7.23% from 5.13% earlier.

ICICI Bank: The bank reported sharply higher profit at Rs 4,402.6 crore in Q4FY21 against Rs 1,221.4 crore in Q4FY20, net interest income jumped to Rs 10,431 crore from Rs 8,928 crore YoY.


HCL Technologies: The company reported lower consolidated profit at Rs 2,962 crore in Q4FY21 against Rs 3,982 crore in Q3FY21, revenue rose to Rs 19,642 crore from Rs 19,302 crore QoQ. The company expects FY22 revenue to grow in double digits in constant currency terms and EBIT margin between 19-21%.


Indiabulls Real Estate: The company reported consolidated profit at Rs 94.5 crore in Q4FY21 against loss of Rs 109.7 crore, revenue rose to Rs 731.7 crore from Rs 116.3 crore YoY.


Shalby: Shah Family Trust, one of the promoters of Shalby, proposed to sell up to 58.1 lakh equity shares of the company (representing 5.38% of total paid-up equity) via offer for sale on April 26 and April 27. The floor price for the offer has been fixed at Rs 111 per share.


Federal-Mogul Goetze (India): Promoter IEH FMGI Holdings LLC proposed to sell 55,38,101 equity shares of the company (representing approximately 9.95% of total paid-up equity), via offer for sale on April 26-27, with an option to additionally sell 55,38,100 equity shares (representing approximately 9.95% of total paid-up equity).


Ramkrishna Forgings: The company has started commercial production of 7000 tonnes press from its Plant-V, at Saraikala, Jamshedpur from April 22, increasing the production capacity of the company by 17,000 tonnes per annum.

Cyient: The company reported higher consolidated profit at Rs 103.1 crore in Q4FY21 against Rs 95.4 crore in Q3FY21; revenue rose to Rs 1,093.1 crore from Rs 1,044.3 crore in the previous quarter.


Tata Motors: JLR is currently experiencing some COVID-19 supply chain disruption. As a result, JLR have adjusted production schedules for certain vehicles which means that the Castle Bromwich and Halewood manufacturing plants will be operating a limited period of non production from Monday, April 26. Manufacturing continues at the Solihull plant.


Indus Towers: The company reported higher profit at Rs 1,363.8 crore in Q4FY21 against Rs 1,360 crore in Q3FY21, revenue fell to Rs 6,491.8 crore from Rs 6,736.1 crore QoQ.


Wonderla Holidays: The company announced closure of its Kochi and Hyderabad parks till April 29 or until further notice due to the current COVID-19 situation. This decision was taken to contain the spread of COVID-19 and to ensure the safety of the customers.

Hero MotoCorp: To temporarily suspend manufacturing at all plants due to the rapid rise in coronavirus cases in the country. Each plant to remain shut for four days in a staggered manner between April 22 and May 1. Company to utilise the shut-down days to carry out necessary maintenance work in the manufacturing plant. Shutdown to not impact its ability to meet the demand, which has been impacted due to localised shut-downs in many states. Production loss to be compensated during the remainder of the quarter. All plants to resume normal operations post the short shutdown period. Further, the company has partnered with Gogoro Inc. to accelerate the shift to sustainable electric mobility in India. The companies will establish a battery swapping joint venture and will collaborate on electric vehicle development to bring Hero-branded, powered by Gogoro Network vehicles to market.


Indiabulls Housing Finance has entered into a co-lending arrangement with HDFC Ltd. Indiabulls Housing Finance will originate retail loans through a jointly drawn up credit policy. It will retain 20% of the loans and 80% will be on HDFC's balance sheet. The arrangement is part of Indiabulls Housing Finance's balance sheet light growth model.


KEC International: Has secured new orders of Rs 1,245 crore across its various businesses. The company has secured orders of Rs 629 crore for Transmission & Distribution projects and the railways business has secured orders of Rs 446 crore. The company has also secured orders of Rs 107 crore for infra works and of Rs 63 crore for various types of cables. With these orders, the company's total order inflow for FY21 stands at Rs 11,876 crore.


SBI: IRDAI has imposed a penalty of Rs 25 lakh on SBI General lnsurance Co.--an unlisted subsidiary of State Bank of India--for non-compliance with minimum obligations under Motor Third-Party Business as specified in IRDA regulation 2015. The penalty has been imposed for violation of Section 32D of lnsurance Act, 1938.


Federal Bank: Has appointed Damodaran C as Chief Risk Officer for a period of three years effective May 1, 2021. Damodaran will replace Wilson Cyriac, who would be retiring from the services of the bank on April 30, 2021.


Dilip Buildcon: Board has approved the opening of QIP of equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 on April 20. The floor price of Rs 568.41 per equity share is at a 4.48% discount to Tuesday's closing price.


Lupin: Has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in the USA under the name Lupin Oncology Inc. This wholly-owned subsidiary will be engaged in the development/co-development and commercialisation of multiple oncology products globally.

Motherson Sumi Systems: Moody's Investors Service revised the company's rating outlook to 'stable' from 'negative' while affirming the Ba1 corporate family rating to Motherson Sumi Systems. Infosys: The IT services major will consider the proposal for the buyback of equity shares of the company on April 14, the firm announced in its BSE filing on April 11.


Solara Active Pharma Sciences: The board of directors of the company approved the amalgamation of Aurore Life Science, Empyrean Lifesciences and Hydra Active Pharma Sciences with itself. Srei Infrastructure Finance: In a BSE filing, subsidiary Srei Equipment Finance said it had received an expression of interest for up to $250 million capital infusion in the company from international PE funds. The international private equity funds are US-based Arena Investors LP and Singapore's Makara Capital Partners.


CEAT: CEAT in its BSE filing said it had entered into a Third Addendum Agreement to the existing Share Subscription and Shareholders' Agreement with Tyresnmore Online Private Limited, an associate of the company and other parties, for making a future investment of up to Rs 2.4 crore in Tyresnmore, to acquire additional 3.47 percent of the post issue total share capital of Tyresnmore. Cash flows remained healthy during the quarter resulting in substantial net debt reduction. Average cost of borrowing has further come down during the quarter. Launched new residential projects to the tune 2.77 million square feet and 0.27 million square feet in commercial space. Sales volume in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Pune and Kochi was the highest ever.


Avenue Supermarts: Standalone revenue from operations in the fourth quarter stood at Rs 7,303.13 crore as compared to Rs 6,193.53 crore in the same period last year. Two years and older stores saw growth of 6% during January-February 2021. Growth for these stores in the first 15 days of March 2021 was a negative 9.4% due to implementation of full or partial lockdowns due to rising Covid-19 cases. The second fortnight of March saw significant growth due to a lower base of last year. Several stores have been restricted to sell non-essential products on certain days of the week or for continuous period of at least up to the end of April 2021. In FY21 the company opened 22 new stores and converted two stores into fulfilment centers for Avenue E-commerce. The total number of stores stood at 234.


Bharat Forge, RK Forgings: Class 8 truck orders at 40,800 units for the month of March as compared to 7,211 units in the year-ago period. However, the orders were down 9% month-on-month and stood at 44,000 units in February 2021.


RBL Bank: The bank's gross advances grew 2% year-on-year and 5% quarter-on-quarter to Rs 60,012 crore. Total deposits saw growth of 26% from last year and 9% from the previous quarter to Rs 73,123 crore. CASA Ratio for the Bank stood at 31.8% from 31.1% during the December quarter. Average Liquidity Coverage Ratio for the quarter was 154% Vs 164% in December 2020.


Ircon International: Board approves the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1. The bonus shares will be dispatched within 60 days of the board's approval. The issue of bonus shares is subject to shareholder approval.


Panacea Biotec: The Russian Direct Investment Fund has signed an agreement with the company to produce 100 million doses per year of Sputnik V vaccine in India. Production of Sputnik V at Panacea Biotec sites will help facilitate global supply to international partners of RDIF.


Container Corporation of India: Q4 volumes up 12.5% year-on-year at 10.58 lakh TEUs (Twenty Foot Equivalent Units). FY21 volumes down 2.8% year-on-year at 36.43 lakh TEUs.


Jindal Steel & Power: Sales in March up 61% year-on-year at 7.86 lakh tonnes. Production up 21% year-on-year at 7.30 lakh tonnes. Quarterly Production has crossed 2.07 million tonnes. The company has posted highest ever production and sales in FY21 of 7.51 million tonnes and 7.28 million tonnes respectively. Exports accounted for 35% of the total sales in FY21 as compared to 13% last year.


Maruti Suzuki: Total production in March up 86.33% to 1.72 lakh units Vs 92,540 units last year.


Mukand: Has reduced its debt by more than Rs 975 crore via a promoter backed line of credit, completion of first tranche of sale of 30% stake in joint venture, Mukand Sumi Special Steel for Rs 713.61 crore, and transfer of company’s approximately 55 acres of surplus leasehold land at Thane for a consideration of Rs 801.51 crore.

Maruti Suzuki India: Maruti reported production of 1,72,433 vehicles in March 2021, against 92,540 vehicles produced in the corresponding period. Passenger vehicles production increased to 1,70,036 vehicles from 91,602 vehicles in same period, the company said in its BSE filing.


Jindal Steel and Power: JSPL has ended the fiscal year on a strong note with sales hitting a new record of 7,86,000 tonnes in March 2021, up 61% YoY. Combination of robust domestic demand, attractive export markets (accounting for 38% of sales) and wide range of products have all contributed to JSPL reporting the steepest rise in monthly sales in FY21, said the company in its BSE filing.


Panacea Biotec: Panacea Biotec in its BSE filing said the company and Russian Direct Investment Fund has agreed for cooperation to produce 100 million doses per year of Sputnik V.


Burger King India: ICRA has upgraded company's long term and short term credit rating to A- & A2+, from BBB+ & A2 respectively and revised outlook to stable from negative, due to prepayment of entire debt on its balance sheet following successful completion of IPO in December 2020.


Sobha: Sobha in its BSE filing said new sales in Q4FY21 increased to 13,37,707 square feet, compared to 9,05,710 square feet in the corresponding period, but full year sale declined to 40,13,381 square feet from 40,71,704 square feet in FY20. Total sales value stood at Rs 1,072 crore in Q4FY21, increasing from Rs 694.5 crore in Q4FY20.


IRCON International: The company in its BSE filing said the board of directors have approved the issuance of fully paid up bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 (one fully paid up equity share for every one fully paid up equity share held).

Wipro: Completes takeover of METRO-NOM GMBH and METRO systems Romania for a purchase consideration of 52.04 million Euros.


Tata Motors: Has completed the sale of its Defence business to Tata Advanced Systems Ltd. for an upfront consideration of Rs 227.7 crore. The transfer has been completed on a slump sale basis. The consolidation will yield benefits in the form of operational and financial synergies helping deliver better value for both the entities.


HDFC: To create a special situations platform by HDFC Capital Advisors Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary which will seek to purchase inventory and provide last-mile funding for under construction residential projects across India. The company in a separate exchange filing said that individual loan business continued to see strong improvement during the quarter. The company assigned loans worth Rs 7,503 crore to HDFC Bank as compared to Rs 5,479 crore during the same period last year. Individual loans sold in the preceeding 12 months amounted to Rs 18,980 crore Vs Rs 24,127 crore.


SAIL: Recorded best ever quarterly performance in production and sales during Q4FY21. Crude steel production up 6% to 4.55 MT from 4.31 MT year-on-year while sales rose 14% to 4.27 MT from 3.74 MT year-on-year. The company saw its best ever annual sales of 14.87 MT in FY21. The company has reduced its gross debt by around Rs 16,150 crore and currently stands at Rs 35,330 crore as of March 31, 2021.


National Fertilisers: Reported highest ever total fertiliser sale of 59.36 lakh MT in FY21. Other than fertilisers, the company saw steep growth in the sale of seeds and agrochemicals. Seed sales rose 35% while agrochemical sales saw a growth of 95% from last year. Sale of Bentonite Sulphur saw growth of 150% to 19,958 MT.


NTPC: Unit-2 of 660 MW capacity fo Nabinagar Super Thermal Power Project (3X660 MW) of Nabinagar Power Generation Co. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary has successfully completed trial operations and has been included in the installed capacity of the NTPC group. The total installed capacity of the NTPC group with this inclusion is now at 65,150 MW.


NMDC: Prices of lump ore raised by 9.3% to Rs 5,850 per tonne while prices of fines raised by 5.8% to Rs 4,560 per tonne. Prices were revised higher on March 20, 2021 as well.


Britannia Industries: Declares interim dividend of Rs 62 per share. Record date for the same fixed at April 10, 2021.


Parag Milk Foods: Board approved preferential allotment of 67.56 lakh equity shares at a price of Rs 111 to International Finance Corporation for a total consideration of Rs 75 crore. The board also approved allotment of 45.04 lakh equity shares at Rs 111 each to Sixth Sense Ventures for a total consideration of Rs 50 crore. The board also approved preferential allotment of 50 lakh convertible share warrants to promoters on a preferential basis at a price of Rs 111 per warrant for a total consideration of Rs 111 crore. It will also issue unlisted, unsecured, unrated foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) worth $11 million on a private placement basis to International Finance Corporation at a conversion price of Rs 145 per share after a period of five years.


Adani Enterprises: Gets Letter of Award from NHAI for development of six lane Badakumari-Karki section of NH-130-CD Road under the Raipur-Visakhapatnam Economic Corridor in Odisha on a Hybrid Annuity basis. The bid project cost for the same is Rs 1,169.1 crore. With this, the Adani Group will have a total of ten NHAI road projects under HAM, ToT and BoT basis in eight states. In a separate exchange filing, the company has been awarded the Letter of Acceptance from Maharashtra State Power Generation Company for a Coal Mining Agreement for Gare Palma Sector II Coal Mine at Raigarh. The contract period will be for a period of 34 years.


Jaiprakash Power Ventures: In-line with the company's endeavor to reduce its debt, the company ha pre-paid its long-term / working capital loans amounting to Rs 299.51 crore. Pre-payments were made through the sale proceeds of the company's 74% stake in Jaypee Powergrid Ltd. Also, CRISIL and ACUITE have assigned rating of BBB- on the company's bank facilities with a stable outlook.


NCC: Received two new orders worth Rs 530 crore in March. Of these, orders worth Rs 342 crore pertain to the irrigation division while the other order worth Rs 188 crore pertains to the buildings division. Orders are received from state government agencies.


Bharat Road Networks: Inks deal for complete transfer of ownership in an operating toll road project from Ghaziabad to Aligarh on NH34. The deal will be done at an enterprise value of Rs 1,600 crore.


Tata Power: Has acquired 51% stake in TP Northern Odisha Distribution Ltd. for Rs 191.25 crore. TPNODL has been vested the license to carry out the function of distribution and retail supply of electricity covering circles of Balasore, Bhadrak, Baripada, Jajpur and Keonjhar in Odisha for a period of 25 years from April 1, 2021.


Dixon Technologies: Has incorporated two wholly-owned subsidiaries Dixon Electro Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. and Dixon Technologies Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for business purposes.


IL&FS Transportation Networks: Completes stake sale in China Road Asset to China Merchants & PingAn Infrastructure Phase 1 Equity Investment Fund - a fund jointly owned by PingAn Insurance and China Merchants. The company has received a consideration of Rs 1,035 crore from the same. The consideration will be used to pay nearly $88 million worth of loans of Bank of Baroda and the balance will be used to meet the liabilities of IIPL, including bondholders under IOPL. Also, the company's subsidiary Kiratpur Ner Chowk Expressway Ltd. has entered into a settlement agreement with NHAI for foreclosure of the project at a compensation of Rs 672.62 crore.


Jammu & Kashmir Bank: Government of Jammu & Kashmir committed to infuse up to Rs 500 crore in the bank. The board will discuss the capital infusion at its board meeting.


V-Mart Retail: The company has opened six new stores - four in Uttar Pradesh, one in Bihar and one in Rajasthan. With that, the total number of stores now at 279.

JTL Infra: ERW steel tubes and pipes producer said it registered a healthy sales volume of 38,715 metric tonne in Q4 FY21. The volume increased by 98.42% QoQ and 66.41% YoY whereas it registered a robust growth of 73.66% on yearly basis, sales volume of FY21 is 82,710 metric tonne as compared to 47,627 metric tonne in FY20.


Olectra Greentech: Olectra Greentech and Evey Trans received letter of award for 50 electric buses from one of the state transport authorities under FAME-II scheme of Government of India. These buses will be delivered over a period of 12 months.


Ashiana Housing: Ashiana Housing said the 8.31 lakh square feet of area has been booked in Q4FY21 against 4.14 lakh square feet in Q4FY20, while the value of area sold was worth Rs 299.71 crore in Q4FY21 against Rs 145.96 crore in the corresponding period. "1,131 number of units were booked in FY21 vis-a-vis 1,505 units booked in FY20," said the company in its BSE filing.


Britannia Industries: The company has declared an interim dividend at 6,200% i.e., Rs 62 per equity share for the financial year 2020-21. The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend has been fixed as April 10.


Adani Enterprises: Adani Enterprises along with its wholly-owned subsidiary company, Gare Palma II Collieries Private Limited has signed coal mining agreement with Maharashtra State Power Generation Company (MAHAGENCO) for development and operation of Gare Palma Sector II coal mine.


Maruti Suzuki India: Suzuki Motor Gujarat (SMG), a 100% subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation for the production of automobiles in India, has completed construction of the plant C, and started production from April 2021. "With production starting at the Plant C, which has an annual production ability of 2,50,000 units, together with Plant A and Plant B, the total ability of SMG will be 750,000 units," said the company in its BSE filing.

Indian Overseas Bank: The PSU bank in its BSE filing said it had received a capital infusion of Rs 4,100 crore from Government of India towards contribution of Central Government in the preferential allotment of equity shares of the bank during the Financial Year 2020-21, as government's Investment.


Central Bank of India: The PSU bank had entered into a binding agreement to divest its entire equity stake in Cent Bank Home Finance to Centrum Housing Finance in December 2020. The long stop date for the same share purchase agreement being March 31, 2021 has been lapsed. Therefore the said binding agreement stand rescinded with effect from April 1, 2021, said the bank in its BSE filing.


Sunteck Realty: Mumbai-based property developer Sunteck Realty has secured around 7 acre land parcel at Borivali (West). The company will develop a luxury residential project and JLL India was the exclusive transaction partner for the joint venture, said Sunteck in its BSE filing, adding it is expected to generate a project topline of around Rs 1,750 crore over the next 4-5 years.


NHPC: The power company in its BSE filing said it had completed the formalities for takeover of Rangit Stage-IV HE Project (120 MW) by remitting Rs 165 crore to Jalpower Corporation (JPCL) for distribution to the creditors. JPCL is now a wholly owned subsidiary company of NHPC.


Adani Green Energy: Adani Green Energy in its BSE filing said it had completed acquisition of 100% of the share capital and all the securities of Surajkiran Renewable Resources from Skypower Southeast Asia III Investments and Skypower Southeast Asia Holdings 2 Ltd.


Likhitha Infrastructure: Likhitha Infrastructure in its BSE filing said it had received orders worth Rs 200.22 crore from various oil & gas distribution Companies during the March quarter 2021.
