NHPC : India approves its largest ever hydropower project worth $3.9 billion in Arunachal Pradesh state bordering China.The project is called Dibang Multipurpose Project (MPP) - in the mountainous northeastern region bordering China.The project will be developed by (NHPC). The 2880 MW hydropower project is being built in the Lower Dibang Valley District of Arunachal Pradesh on the Dibang River.

The total geological reserves for these two coal mines are ~ 125 Million Tonnes. Cumulative PRC for these coal mines is 0.2 MTPA (excluding Partially Explored Arjuni (Western Part) Coal Mine)
