The Resolution Amount of Rs. 1,047.60 crores has been paid.Accordingly, the Company holds 95% equity shares of Ind-Barath Energy (Utkal) Limited and the secured financial creditors collectively hold the balance 5%, as per the terms of the Resolution Plan. Ind-Barath Energy (Utkal) Limited has become a subsidiary of the Company.
