NTPC: The country's largest power generation company has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with Tecnimont, Indian subsidiary of Maire Tecnimont Group based in Italy. They jointly will evaluate and explore the possibility to develop commercial scale green methanol production facility at a NTPC project in India.

Time Technoplast: The company has received prestigious repeat order worth Rs 75 crore, from Adani Total Gas for supply of CNG cascades made from Type-IV composite cylinder. The delivery of these cascades will begin from January 2023.

Nureca: Promoter Payal Goyal has sold 2.74% stake in the company via open market transactions during November 29 and December 22 this year. With this, her stake in the company reduced to 29.83%, from 32.57% earlier.

GR Infraprojects: The company has received completion certificate for Expressway carriageway in Madhya Pradesh, from Authority's Engineer and has declared the project fit for entry into commercial operation with effect from December 20. The said project on EPC mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana has been completed by the company, which had contract cost of Rs 991 crore.

Dev Information Technology: The Ahmedabad-based IT services & products company has sold 5.45% stake in Dev Accelerator (DevX), a managed co-working space business, at a valuation of Rs 104 crore. This secondary sale will bring down Dev IT's shareholding in DevX from 41.26% to 35.81%.

Share India Securities: The company has received board approval for fund raising via rights issue to eligible equity shareholders, up to Rs 1,000 crore. It is going to appoint Corporate Professionals Capital as a lead Manager to the issue.

Sula Vineyards: India's largest wine producer will make its debut on the bourses on December 22. The issue price has been fixed at Rs 357 per share.

JMC Projects (India): The National Company Law Tribunal has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of the company with Kalpataru Power Transmission.

Speciality Restaurants: The company has received board approval for issue of 60 lakh warrants convertible into equity shares on preferential basis, at a price of Rs 212.05 per warrant. An amount equivalent to 25% of the warrant issue price (i.e. Rs 53.02 per warrant) will be payable at the time of subscription and allotment of each warrant, and the balance 75% of the warrant issue price (Rs 159.03 per warrant) will be payable on the exercise of warrants on or before April 30, 2023.

JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals: The private equity firm KKR-backed JB Chemicals has completed acquisition of Razel franchise from Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. Last week, As a result, it had agreed to acquire Glenmark's cardiac brand Razel in India and Nepal for Rs 313.7 crore.

Supriya Lifescience: The company has signed an agreement with Pune-based Enrich Energy to develop 4.68 MWp DC solar photovoltaic power project at Nanded in Maharashtra. This project will generate & supply green energy to fulfill about 50 percent present consumption of the company & reduce carbon emission equivalent to 6,830 tons per annum.

Lyka Labs: The company has signed an agreement to acquire animal healthcare business from Agilis Healthcare. In November, it had proposed acquisition of animal healthcare business.

Kwality Pharmaceuticals: The company has received approval from Brazil's National Health Surveillance Agency ANVISA (Agencia Nacional de Vigilancia Sanitaria) for its injectable formulations manufacturing unit at Amritsar and oncology injectable unit at Himachal Pradesh. The approval allows company to market its products in Brazilian pharmaceutical market.

VIP Clothing: The company has recently sold its Umbergaon factory and raised Rs 10.41 crore. The capital gained by selling this asset will now be utilised in business at a different level from production, technology, innovation and marketing.

City Union Bank: The private sector lender has announced divergence in NPAs to the tune of Rs 259 crore consisting of 13 borrower accounts (with an outstanding balance of more than Rs 1 crore) for an amount of Rs 230 crore and 218 borrowers (with an outstanding balance of less than Rs 1 crore) for an amount of Rs 29 crore for the year ended March 2022. Also, there was a divergence in provisioning to the tune of Rs 40 crore for the same period. The divergence is the difference between NPAs reported by the bank and assessed by the RBI.

Jubilant Ingrevia: The company has raised Rs 150 crore via the issuance of commercial papers. The date of maturity is February 2023, with a coupon rate of 7.05 percent per annum.

Uno Minda: The company has entered into a licence agreement with Ascentec, Korea to strengthen its advance automotive sensors product portfolio. Asentec, a subsidiary of Sejong Industrial, specialises in mobility parts centred on sensors and actuators with manufacturing facilities in Korea, Vietnam and China.

Mindspace Business Parks REIT: The company has completed the issuance of commercial papers of Rs 100 crore. CRISIL has rated these commercial papers as 'A1+'. The funds will be utilised towards the working capital requirements of Mindspace REIT's asset SPVs.

Bharti Airtel: The company has entered into an agreement for the acquisition of 8 percent stake in a technology startup, Lemnisk (Immensitas Private Limited). The acquisition is under Airtel's Start-Up Accelerator Program. Lemnisk is a Bengaluru-based start-up that offers real-time marketing automation and secure customer data platform.

GAIL India: The company has raised Rs 1,575 crore via issuance of 15,750, 7.34 percent non-convertible debentures (Series-I) of Rs 10 lakh on a private placement basis.

NBCC India: The company has received contract for the construction of a new multi-storied quarter complex from Odisha Power Transmission Corporation. The company will construct 100 numbers of quarters by demolishing the existing 224 numbers quarters at Bhoinager, Bhubaneswar. The order value is Rs 69.3 crore.

Housing Development Finance Corporation: HDFC increased its retail prime lending rate on housing loans by 35 basis points, with effect from December 20. Its adjustable rate home loans (ARHL) are benchmarked on retail prime lending rate.

IRCTC: Life Insurance Corporation of India has bought an additional 2.27 percent stake in IRCTC between October 17 and December 16 this year via open market transactions. With this, LIC's shareholding in IRCTC increased to 7.278 percent, from 5.005 percent earlier.

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy: Promoter Khurshed Yazdi Daruvala will be selling up to 20.28 lakh shares (1.07 percent stake) in the company on December 20-21 via an offer for sale. It also has an option to additionally sell up to 9.71 lakh shares (0.51 percent) in case of oversubscription of OFS issue. Another promoter Shapoorji Pallonji and Company will also sell 47.33 lakh shares (2.50 percent) in Sterling, with an option to additionally sell up to 22.66 lakh shares (1.19 percent) via OFS. The floor price of the offer will be Rs 270 per share.

Ipca Laboratories: The company has acquired an additional 6.53 percent stake in Trophic Wellness (TWPL). TWPL is engaged in manufacturing and marketing several SKUs of neutraceuticals under the brand name Nutricharge. With the above shares, the company now holds 58.88 percent shareholding in TWPL.

Dabur India: Promoters are likely to sell shares worth Rs 800 crore via block deals on December 20, and the block deals are likely at 4 percent discount to the current market price of Rs 589 per share, reports CNBC-Awaaz.

Vikas Lifecare: Material subsidiary Genesis Gas Solutions has received the technical advisory contract from Dornier Group GmbH. Genesis will provide technical advisory for the optimisation of battery storage systems for distribution grid applications for Dornier Group's ongoing project in Mali, Africa.
