Supreme Petrochem: The company has reported a 53% year-on-year decline in standalone profit at Rs 59.64 crore for the quarter ended September FY23, impacted by weak operating performance. Revenue from operations grew by 3.7% YoY to Rs 1,234.6 crore during the same quarter. The company has received board approval for sub-division of shares from one equity share (face value Rs 4 each), into two shares (face value of Rs 2 each), subject to approval of shareholders.
Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC: The asset management company has recorded a 10.75% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit at Rs 191.68 crore for the quarter ended September FY23, driven by other income. Revenue from operations fell 6.3% YoY to Rs 311 crore for the quarter.
Anupam Rasayan India: The specialty chemical company has recorded a 15% year-on-year growth in profit at Rs 41.2 crore for the quarter ended September FY23 on healthy topline and operating performance. Operating revenues at Rs 310.7 crore grew by 25% YoY and EBITDA at Rs 89.8 crore increased by 29% YoY for the quarter.
CE Info Systems: MapmyIndia recorded flat profit at Rs 25.37 crore for the quarter ended September FY23 against Rs 25.39 crore in same period last year, impacted by lower other income and weak operating performance. Revenue jumped to an all-time high of Rs 76.31 crore for the quarter, growing 35% YoY.
Infibeam Avenues: The company has received in-principle authorisation to operate as a payment aggregator, from Reserve Bank of India. Now the company is allowed to operate as a Payment Aggregator to provide digital payments services to any merchant(s) online or offline across the country.
Dhanuka Agritech: The company said its Board of Directors will consider the proposal for buyback of equity shares of the company through tender offer route, on November 1. The board will also consider un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 2022, on the same day.
Tata Chemicals: The company recorded consolidated profit at Rs 685 crore for the quarter ended September FY23, against Rs 248 crore in same period last year. Revenue from operations for the quarter at Rs 4,239 crore grew by 40% YoY. The operating performance reflected improved realisations and efficient cost management in the context of elevated energy and input costs.

Chennai Petroleum Corporation: The company recorded a 99 percent sequential decline in standalone profit at Rs 27.88 crore for the quarter ended September FY23, impacted by windfall tax on exports. Revenue declined nearly 17 percent QoQ to Rs 22,894 crore for the quarter. The government on July 1 levied duties on export of petroleum products at the rates notified on fortnightly basis, which have been reduced in the refinery transfer pricing. This has resulted in lower revenue and profitability for the quarter, the company said in a BSE filing.
Power Finance Corporation: HDFC Mutual Fund through its several schemes sold a 2.07 percent stake in the company through open market transactions on October 21. With this, its shareholding in PFC reduced to 6.94 percent, down from 9.01 percent.
Route Mobile: The company said its board has approved providing corporate guarantee in favour of Standard Chartered Bank for a term loan facility proposed to be taken by subsidiary Route Mobile (UK) of up to $15 million. The corporate guarantee will be treated as a contingent liability for the company.
Trident: The company said it has completed a solar power project of 8.87 MWp at Budhni in Madhya Pradesh. With this, it has commissioned both phases—Phase 1 of 5.48 MWp and Phase II of 3.39 MWp solar power plants—for captive use. The company is moving towards a greener planet as the group aims to use renewable and clean energy for reducing carbon emissions, it said.

Axis Bank: The private sector lender has clocked a massive 70% year-on-year growth in standalone profit at Rs 5,330 crore for the quarter ended September FY23, driven by sharp dip in provisions. Healthy growth in net interest income and pre-provision operating profit also boosted profitability. Net interest income grew by 31% year-on-year to Rs 10,360 crore in Q2FY23.
Tata Consumer Products: The Tata Group company has recorded a 36% year-on-year growth in consolidated net profit at Rs 389 crore led by exceptional income related to sale of land. Revenue from operations grew by 11% YoY to Rs 3,363 crore (and in constant currency terms, the growth was 10%), mainly driven by underlying growth of 9% in India business, 6% in international business and 30% in non-branded business. Consolidated EBITDA for the quarter at Rs 438 crore grew 4% YoY.
Asian Paints: The company has approved the setting up of manufacturing facility for vinyl acetate ethylene emulsion (VAE) and vinyl acetate monomer (VAM) in India. An amount of approximately Rs 2,100 crore will be invested by the company over a period of 3 years, including the cost of land to be acquired. The installed capacity of the said manufacturing facility would be 1 lakh tons per annum for VAM and 1.5 lakh tons per annum for VAE. VAM is a key input for manufacturing VAE.
Bajaj Finance: The non-banking finance company's profit grew by 88% year-on-year to Rs 2,781 crore for the quarter ended September FY23. It was the highest ever consolidated quarterly profit. Net interest income rose by 31% to Rs 7,001 crore during the same period with new loans booked up by 7% to 67.6 lakh YoY. Assets under management (AUM) grew by 31% YoY to Rs 2.18 lakh crore as of September FY23. Loan losses and provisions saw a significant declined to Rs 734 crore in Q2FY23 against Rs 1,300 crore in Q2FY22.
Coforge: The company's consolidated profit grew by 28.3% QoQ to Rs 220.6 crore for the quarter ended September FY23. Revenue grew by 7.1% to Rs 1,959.4 crore compared to previous quarter. Revenue growth in dollar terms increased 3.4% to $246.9 million and constant currency revenue growth at 6.2% QoQ. The company has maintained FY23 constant currency revenue growth guidance of at least 20%.
Dynamatic Technologies: US-based aerospace and defense company Northrop Grumman has signed a letter of intent with Dynamatic Technologies to support their workshare for India Navy F/A-18 program. Hindustan Aeronautics also signed MoU with Dynamatic to work together for manufacturing and supply of front fuselage assembly along with jig and tooling complying to quality requirements.
ICICI Securities: The company's consolidated profit fell 14.5% year-on-year to Rs 300.41 crore during the quarter ended September FY23 due to muted topline and weak operating performance. Revenue from operations increased by 0.2% to Rs 858.46 crore supported by interest income but dented by lower brokerage income.
L&T Finance Holdings: The company reported profit from continuing operations at Rs 360.31 crore for the quarter ended September FY23, up 109% over year-ago period despite moderate growth in revenue. Revenue grew by 6% to Rs 3,138 crore compared to same period last year. It recorded highest-ever quarterly retail disbursements at Rs 10,238 crore, up 84% YoY, while retail book stood at Rs 52,040 crore, up 27% YoY, which company said in line with Lakshya 2026 strategic plan.
Nazara Technologies: The diversified gaming and sports media platform delivered a profit of Rs 16.9 crore for quarter ended September FY23, up 10.5% YoY. Revenue increased by 104% to Rs 263.8 crore and EBITDA rose by 9.2% to Rs 21.3 crore compared to year-ago period. The company appointed Sudhir Kamath as its new chief operating officer, while Manish Agarwal resigned as CEO effective December 1, 2022 to pursue an entrepreneurial journey.

IndusInd Bank: The private sector lender recorded profit at Rs 1,805 crore for the quarter ended September FY23, a 57 percent year-on-year growth led by lower provisions, with improvement in asset quality performance. Pre-provision operating profit increased 10 percent YoY to Rs 3,544 crore, and net interest income rose by 18 percent YoY to Rs 4,302 crore in Q2FY23 with 17 bps YoY expansion in net interest margin.
Bharat Electronics: Triton Electric Vehicle India, a part of Triton Electric Vehicle LLC, USA, has issued a Letter of Intent to Navratna defence PSU Bharat Electronics for 300 KW Li-ion battery packs for its semi-truck project in India at value of Rs 8,060 crore. The battery packs will be delivered by the company to Triton in 24 months commencing from January 2023.
5paisa Capital: The company reported a 672 percent year-on-year growth in consolidated profit at Rs 10.74 crore in the quarter ended September FY23, driven by strong operating performance and lower expenses. Revenue grew by 17 percent to Rs 79.54 crore compared to same period last year.
Delhivery: The company said Express Parcel volumes remained stable in Q2FY23 and picked up towards the end of the quarter, driven by festive season sales, especially in the heavy goods category. Overall service line volumes for the business grew in the high teens in Q2FY23 over a large base of the same quarter last year (Q2FY22). The company also onboarded 200+ new customers in Q2FY23, driven by improving service metrics. It expects volumes to continue to show a gradual scale up through FY23.
NHPC: Life Insurance Corporation of India has offloaded 2.02 percent stake in the company via open market transactions. With this, LIC's shareholding in the company reduced to 5.2 percent, down from 7.23 percent earlier.
Persistent Systems: The IT services company recorded a 4 percent sequential growth in profit at Rs 220 crore for the quarter ended September FY23 on revenue of Rs 2,048.6 crore that grew by 9.1 percent QoQ. Revenue in dollar terms increased 5.8 percent QoQ to $255.56 million and constant currency growth was 6.6 percent QoQ. The order booking for the quarter was at $367.8 million in total contract value (TCV) and at $271.2 million in annual contract value (ACV).
Havells India: The electric equipment maker reported a 38 constant currency growth YoY decline in consolidated profit at Rs 187 crore for the quarter ended September FY23, dented by lower operating income. Revenue grew by 13.6 percent YoY to Rs 3,679.5 crore in Q2FY23.
