S&P 500 futures advanced 0.2% as of 9:25 a.m. in Tokyo. The gauge rose 0.3% on Friday.
Japan’s Topix index was little changed.
South Korea’s Kospi rose 0.1%.
Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 Index dipped 0.2%.
Currencies
The yen was at 105.88 per dollar, down 0.1%.
The euro bought $1.1797, little changed.
The offshore yuan traded at 6.9152 per dollar, up 0.1%.
Bonds
The yield on 10-year Treasuries remained at 0.63%.
Australia’s 10-year yield was steady at about 0.88%.
Commodities
West Texas Intermediate crude was flat at $42.34 a barrel.
